What does PurrSafe install?
PurrSafe professionally measures and installs cat safety mesh systems for accessible windows, balconies, service yards and other suitable openings in Singapore homes. Final suitability is confirmed during an on-site assessment.
Why should windows and openings be secured for cats?
Singapore’s Animal & Veterinary Service says cat owners should take reasonable steps to prevent cats from roaming or falling from height, including using mesh, grilles, screens or other suitable barriers.

Deterministically from your answers — floor height, balcony exposure, your cat’s behaviour near windows, and the condition of any existing protection. The same answers always produce the same score.
Does the online assessment replace an on-site visit?
No. It is a practical guide based on your answers. Final suitability is confirmed through an on-site measurement and inspection.
Is PurrSafe suitable for HDB, condo and landed homes?
PurrSafe is designed for Singapore housing types including HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes. Each opening is assessed and custom measured because window, balcony and service-yard conditions differ.
What if my cat is a kitten, climber or ledge explorer?
Those behaviours are specifically considered in the Home Safety Assessment. Kittens, active climbers and cats that investigate gaps may require a more cautious recommendation and closer on-site review.
Will protection affect airflow or how my home looks?
Your stated priorities — including appearance and airflow — are factored into the recommendation, and installations are measured and specified per opening.
How does the installation process work?
Start with the online assessment, arrange an on-site measurement, confirm the appropriate system for each opening, and have the custom solution professionally installed.
What warranty is included?
A 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects and system performance, including a 1-year on-site labour warranty. See Technical Specifications for exclusions.
What will appear on the PurrSafe digital certificate?
The planned certificate will show the cat’s name and photo, the owner’s name, a general Singapore location, and certificate and warranty status. Exact building, block, unit and contact details remain private unless the homeowner explicitly permits selected details.
How will PurrSafe protect homeowner privacy?
Public certificate records will use a general location such as “Tampines, Singapore” by default. Additional details require recorded and revocable consent, while phone numbers, email addresses and full addresses remain private.
Are homeowner testimonials verified?
PurrSafe will only publish feedback associated with a completed installation and approved by the homeowner. We will not invent endorsements or display unverified ratings.
