Information you choose to provide

The home safety assessment asks about your home, your cat’s habits, window areas and family routine. It also asks for your name and mobile number so your personalised result can be prepared. Email is optional.

How the assessment stores your information

Your assessment draft and completed result are stored locally in your browser so you can continue, edit or restart the assessment. PurrSafe does not currently send these assessment answers to a PurrSafe backend or customer database.

WhatsApp enquiries

Your result is sent to WhatsApp only when you choose the WhatsApp button. The prepared message contains your name, score, classification and recommended next step. Once you continue to WhatsApp, its service and privacy terms also apply.

Website hosting

Our hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver, secure and operate the website, such as request timing, browser information and network identifiers.

Your choices

• You may leave the assessment before completing it.
• You may use the restart control to remove the saved assessment and result from that browser.
• You may contact PurrSafe to ask about information you have separately shared through WhatsApp or during a consultation.

This notice may be updated when the website’s features or information-handling practices change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
